Technical Client Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are expanding our SUPER Support team and looking for a new team member who is willing to help our clients with technical issues and increase competencies in IT field at the same time.

In this position you will:

  • consult our customers and handle requests by using ticket system, Slack, emails;
  • provide remote and onsite support to clients all over the world;
  • collaborate with our sales team and support them in the technical area.

We expect that you have:

  • excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English;
  • the basics of technical knowledge and ambition to learn new things in IT field;
  • customer service skills (experience working in customer service);
  • possibility to work in shifts.

Gross salary

877 - 1230 Eur/ mon.
