We are expanding our SUPER Support team and looking for a new team member who is willing to help our clients with technical issues and increase competencies in IT field at the same time.
In this position you will:
- consult our customers and handle requests by using ticket system, Slack, emails;
- provide remote and onsite support to clients all over the world;
- collaborate with our sales team and support them in the technical area.
We expect that you have:
- excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English;
- the basics of technical knowledge and ambition to learn new things in IT field;
- customer service skills (experience working in customer service);
- possibility to work in shifts.
