Account Manager

Job Overview

We are expanding our great Sales team and looking for a highly motivated Jr. Account Manager to join us. As an Account Manager, you will represent our company, manage customer relations and sell services to new and existing B2B customers.

In this position you will:

  • communicate with B2B customers over Slack and ticket system by advising on the service choices, answering questions and coordinating the resolution of their technical problems;
  • represent Heficed and its high quality services to customers by means of timely and polite communication;
  • promote new services to existing and potential customers;
  • achieve agreed sales targets.

We expect that you have:

  • the basics of technical knowledge; (general understanding of IP addresses, servers, clouds, internet abuse and misuse);
  • excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English;
  • basic WordPress skills;
  • possibility to work in shifts.

Gross salary

880 - 1230 Eur/ mon.
